1. Statement Of Facts: The Trial Evidence
secure an alibi. But when it comes to killing wilhelm, Goldblum doesit with his own hands and with a witness (Miller) present.

1. The Land Fraud Scheme
Eventually, Wilhelm suspected that he had been defrauded (T.T. 285-287), went to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and complained of the fraud (T.T. 348-372). During the investigation, Gary Boutwell, an FBI agent, went to Miller's home unannounced (T.T. 392), where Miller "volunteered to [him] that his friend Wilhelm was buying land from him in North Carolina." (T.T. 394) However, on October 11, 1974, Wilhelm appeared at FBI offices and gave a statement that the complaint of fraud made three days earlier was a hoax, intended to embarrass Senator Schweiker. (T.T. 373-377) The FBI then terminated its investigation after receiving a letter of declination from the U.S. Attorney Richard Thornbourgh.
  • As to both the first and second statements to the FBI concerning the land fraud, no mention was made to Goldblum or to anybody resembling Goldblum. (T.T. 399)
The second affidavit was notarized on October 10, 1974. (T.T. 296) Although Miller testified that Goldblum participated in the preparation of this affidavit, an independent witness testified that he attended a tax seminar with Goldblum in Reston, Virginia from October 5, 1976 through October 11, 1976. (T.T. 2162) This was stipulated to by the Commonwealth. (T.T. 2162)
At the time of these events, Goldblum was a lawyer. It is difficult to believe a lawyer would fill out fake deeds in such an amateurish and haphazard way.

As for Dickerson, after killing wilhelm, he fled and was not broughtto trial until 1875. Then, he received a tenyear prison sentence

    ELISE AMALIE TVEDE WAERENSKJOLD
Early Norwegian-Texan Abolitionist Allan O. Kownslar Allan Kownslar, who received his doctorate from Carnegie Mellon, was a Danforth Fellow. He is a professor of history at Trinity University and a nationally recognized specialist in social studies curriculum. Among the many social studies textbooks he has authored are Manifest Destiny and The Progressive Era , both published by D.C. Heath; People and Our World; Discovering American History; World History: A Story of Progress; and The Americans: A New History of the United States published by Holt, Rinehart and Winston. He has also co-authored a twenty-one volume Honors World History Program for the Department of Defense Dependents Schools. Slavery is absolutely contrary to the law of God….
I believe to the fullest degree that human beings are born
with equal rights…. I would rather have left Texas a beggar than have had my children fight to preserve slavery.
Those words were written by Elise Amalie Tvede Waerenskjold, a most unusual woman who arrived in Texas during 1847. This outspoken woman was born in Norway February 19, 1815, the daughter of Lutheran minister Nicolai Tvede and his wife, Johanne Elizabeth Tvede. They had Elise educated at home by private tutors so that she learned to speak, read, and write not only in Norwegian but in English, German, and French as well.

Wilhelm Killing Kummer and Weierstrass . His doctorate, supervised by Weierstrass , was presented in 1872 and applied the theory of elementary divisors of a matrix to surfaces. From 1868 to 1882 Killing taught at schools in Berlin and Brilon. At Weierstrass 's recommendation he was appointed to a chair of mathematics at the Lyzeum Hosianum in Braunsberg. Killing spent 10 years in Braunsberg isolated mathematically but during this period he produced some of the most original mathematics ever produced. He published work on
    (i) non-euclidean geometry in n-dimensions (1883),
(ii)The extension of the concept of space (1886) which contains Killing's original classification of the simple Lie algebras
(iii) Lie's transformation groups Lie algebras were introduced by Lie in about 1870 in his work on differential equations . Killing introduced them independently with quite a different purpose since his interest was in non-euclidean geometry. The main tools in the classification of the simple Lie algebras are Cartan subalgebras and the Cartan matrix both first introduced by Killing. He also introduced the idea of a root system which now appears throughout much of the algebra of today.

p.38 TH JULY, 1947, TO 19TH FEBRUARY, 1948 The accused were all former high-ranking German army officers and they were charged with responsibility for offences committed by troops under their command during the occupation of Greece, Yugoslavia, Albania and Norway, these offences being mainly so-called reprisal killings, purportedly taken in an attempt to maintain order in the occupied territories in the face of guerrilla opposition, or wanton destruction of property not justified by military necessity. The accused were charged with having thus committed war crimes and crimes against humanity. One defendant committed suicide before the arraignment, and a second became too ill for trial against him to be continued. Of the remaining accused, two were found not guilty and eight guilty on various counts. Sentences imposed ranged from imprisonment for life to imprisonment for seven years. In its judgment the Tribunal dealt with a number of legal issues, including the legality of the killing of hostages and reprisal prisoners, the extent of responsibility of commanders for offences committed by their troops and the degree of effectiveness of the plea of superior orders.
