So can a Blue Goose migrate from Greenville to Grapevine? Yes. Sort of. The new Goose has flown the coop from the rest. Instead of a Tex-Mex cantina, it's now a grilled- and fried-seafood restaurant, Blue Goose Fish Co. The operative Blue Goose margarita menu remains the same: seven styles, including strawberry, mango and prickly pear. Otherwise, the new Goose is a different bird. The highlights include oysters and grilled salmon, scallops and fresh fish, along with fried seafood and Cajun po-boys. If you just can't live without those Blue Goose chicken enchiladas, they're on a short menu of Tex-Mex dishes along with fajitas.
