STRESS MANAGEMENT
As we adjust to new situations, stress can either help or hinder us depending on our reaction to it. As a positive influence, stress can help compel us to action; it can result in a new awareness and an exciting new perspective. As a negative influence, it can result in feelings of distrust, rejection, anger, and depression. JoAnn Barnes of Cascade Centers, Inc., OSU's Employee Assistance Program provider, will introduce tools and strategies to help us effectively recognize and manage stress. 04/11/02 (Th), 8:30-11:30, MU211
