  • alt.culture.virtual.oceania 1) WHAT IS OCEANIA ABOUT? 1.1) History of Oceania The Atlantis Project began in February '93, conceived shortly after Tamara Clark was defeated by massive election fraud in her quest for the State Senate in Nevada. Its goal is to create a new country called Oceania, with this country being constructed on an artificial island in the Caribbean. Eric Klien, Tamara Clark's treasurer, was greatly upset to uncover systemic, massive, nationwide election fraud throughout the U.S. and realized that the resources needed to combat it were way beyond his means. The death threats and intimidation by goons that the election fraud investigation encountered were just a hint of the size and power of the opposition. Being told by the state senate that they were "too tired" to review our five boxes of evidence was the final blow in our attempt to get this instance of election fraud reversed.

Steen Library Tour - Fourth Floor General Collections: Return to the lobby at the front of the floor where the main elevators are located and take an elevator to the fourth floor where the Library of Congress A - N class materials are shelved. Note on the chart that the collections begin with A -D in one corner to the rear and continue in a clockwise fashion around the floor, ending with the J - N classification. Proceed to the nearest book stack area and notice the guide cards at the end of each stack range. These cards display the inclusive numbers for materials shelved in that range. Once you have found the appropriate classification grouping, it is basically a matter of following the the guide cards and turning down the correct aisle. A similar arrangement governs the third floor where the remainder of the P-Z classification are shelved.
Common features of the fourth floor.
    • Public catalogs
    • A telephone mounted on a column which connects directly to the reference desk
    • Assignable study carrels containing lockers are located around the perimeter of the floor. The carrels, which are intended primarily for faculty and graduate students doing research, are numbered for ease of identification. (Application for carrel assignments may be made at the circulation desk at the beginning of each semester.)
