The Minnesota Department of Health said funding will end July 31. The American Lung Association of Minnesota, which manages the program for the department, said it will end the program by April 30 so it can use its remaining money as severance pay for the 17 Target Market employees. The Target Market television and radio advertising will continue at least until the end of the fiscal year. But several legislators said the Health Department was acting prematurely. Programs Included in Covering All Families CCAP EITC Earned Income Tax Credit is a federal program that allows working families with children and some adult workers between the ages of 25 and 65 without children to pay less Federal Income tax or receive money back as a refund. GAMC General Assistance Medical Care is free health care coverage for some adults without children, undocumented children under the age of 18 and individuals who are over 65, blind or disabled.
