This report is the fifth in a series of independent analyses by NCD of federal enforcement of civil rights laws. The series grew out of NCD's 1996 national policy summit, which was attended by more than 300 disability community leaders from diverse backgrounds who called upon NCD to work with federal agencies to develop strategies for greater enforcement of existing disability civil rights laws. In March 1999, NCD produced its first report, Enforcing the Civil Rights of Air Travelers with Disabilities . The second report

    These are the 2002 Income Limits for Maryland State-funded and bond-funded housing loan programs. These limits are effective immediately. These income limits have been calculated from the HUD-issued 30%, 50% and 80% limits for each household size and then rounded to the nearest $50 where necessary (40%, 70%). HUD numbers include floors on the non-metro statewide limits, and ceilings on the 80% limits for Washington MSA and Cecil County. The other income limits, 55%, 65% and 85%, have been rounded to the lowest $10 to help ensure that no tenant is over-income.

Facilities Types of Appointment Most visiting appointments at Harvard Law School fall within the categories of Visiting Scholar and Visiting Researcher. This latter title is given to those without an academic affiliation or to those who are just starting out on their academic career. For the purpose of brevity, the term Visiting Scholar will be used throughout for both appointments. Below, please find guidelines and general information on how to apply. Established in November 1996, Adalah serves the Palestinian community nationwide, over one million people or 20% of the population. Adalah's legal work draws on Israeli law, comparative constitutional law, and international human rights standards. The main goal of Adalah's work is to achieve equal rights and minority rights protections for Palestinian citizens of Israel.
