  • Current Law Yearbook , in the Quick Reference section, published since 1947, is the main digest service. It first appears in monthly form, and each issue is a digest of all new developments in both case and statute law during that month. The items are arranged according to subject, and the subject-index and index of cases are cumulative in each issue for the whole of the year to date. At the end of the year an annual volume is produced, and several five-yearly indexes have been produced since 1951. Current Law Case Citator published annually, lists cases reported since 1947 and gives the history of cases which have been judicially considered or affected by statute since then. It also gives the reference to the Current Law Yearbook in which the case has been digested. Current Law also includes details of journal articles on items of legal interest.

At long last, the FDA has promulgated a new regulation clarifying the permissible scope of dietary supplement claims that have an effect on a structure or function of the body ("structure/function" claims). The regulation attempts to differentiate what constitutes permissible structure/function claims from impermissible disease claims. This is the guidance that all dietary supplement marketers have been craving since the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act ("DSHEA") was passed in 1994.
