live for the moment!
yeah baby.. went for a long cycling trip today again.. what made it special was the rain. cycled in the rain to this completely forested area with a small drain going through it.. was riding on the semi-flooded drain. haha.. i only turned back when i realised the drain was completely flooded, and it was about 20m away from e kallaing river. anyway, i got all dirty, wet and scratched by thorny flowers. but i had a great time.. live for the moment baby!

Evangelism On The Internet
You Too Could Reach A Million People By The Year 2000!
A question in John Mark Ministries' seminar on creativity asks: 'If you were to reach more people in the world via one communications medium, what would you use?' (Correct answer: Coca Cola containers - they're in more places than radio!). What would your message say? (See below for mine!) As a teenager, having just made a 'decision for Christ', I dreamed about reaching millions with the Christian gospel. The motivating text was 'Preach the word; be instant in season and out of season...' (2 Timothy 4:2 KJV). So I put gospel tracts into letterboxes and left them in library books. Later I wrote a large slogan on a storm-water drain near a railway line; 'witnessed' on talk-back radio; conducted evangelistic missions in universities and colleges; pastored a church where at least two people were converted every week for nearly nine years (Blackburn Baptist Church in Melbourne)... My recent book GROW! is an attempt to explain the Good News to thoughtful young people and adults. (My 'evangelistic hero' was Billy Graham - who's probably spoken face to face to more people than anyone in history).

M328K Computer Course Page - Spring 2000
I'll put some information here, including HWs, so you should check this page regularly. Here are some links that may be useful for you:
  • Dr. Sofer 's home page, and her course page Here is a link to PARI , from where you can download the program and get some information about it. If you want to download the new version for Windows, click here Here is a link for the Local Computer Resources. You can find a local link to PARI there. (In that link, it tells you how to run PARI under EMACS . (Highly recommended!) Also, here is a link for the computer system FAQ . And here is an official link to some information about Emacs. Here is another local link for problems with UNIX: man pages . (You type the command and get a description. You can also just type ``man command_name'' in the Xterm.) Here is an example of an .emacs file that you can put in your home directory to configure EMACS to run gp and some things that I myself think is useful. Just save it in your home directory under the name ``.emacs''. (No ``s.) Here is a link to the complete manual of PARI. (In dvi format.) I don't think it is useful to print it... The link is pretty fast, and you can check it from the web whenever you need.
