Good book, slighly superflous tape
The instructions contained in the book, which is available separately, are wonderful suggestions for strengthning the etheric body, projecting its energy, and finally injecting your consciousness into that energy.The cautions are somewhat elaborate, since the author's point of view is that of Ceremonial Magick.Overall, though, the book is very useful. The tape contained in this kit, however, is totally unnecassary.The relaxation can be memorized and elaborated on by the practitioner.Once one is truly outside of their body, having a voice tell them what to do or music playing in the background is an invitation to be pulled back by any transition or variation in the tones.I find the best tool for this sort of work to be a pair of earplugs!Of course, that's just me.If you want to have the security of a voice guiding you, that's legitimate as well.If you think you might feel this way, but the kit.If you're a silent type like me, buy the book by itself.

It was okay.
I liked this book quite a bit.It focused on helping you acheive astral projection which is quite hard to do.It takes you step by step into the astral projection process.It is a good paced book for beginner's andintermediate readers.I would not guarentee that this will definately helpachieve astral projection.

incredibly powerful and eloquent book
This is the third of a four volume set. I'm on the last one. They are all incredibly good. Perhaps the best books I've read in my life, and I've read roughly 25 books on Buddhism, Christianity, new age scientific, and spiritual subjects over the last 3-4 years. I've never read a four volume set of anything in my life.
In general each of her books is better than the previous, presumably because she is becoming a better "channel", but I wouldn't skip the earlier books. In general I think each book has a more refined and profound message than the previous.
Its a very improbable story, her story. Regardless of whether you believe it, the eloquence of the prose and the spiritual message are incredibly powerful. To make a point, not intending to denigrate Patricia's previous proffession in any way, I will say, "you will eventually come to realize that it would be impossible for a medical transcriptionist in Boise to write these books."

Groundbreaking and Thought Provoking

History Comes Alive
When I first heard Jeffrey Mishlove talk about Dr. Semkiw's identification of himself as the reincarnation of William James, I was so intrigued that I asked Mishlove to let me muscle test whether or not his energy system resonated with being James in a past life.It did, which convinced me of the accuracy of this correlation, which Mishlove himself prefers to call an "Archetypal Synchronistic Resonance."
This book brings history to life with an "inside story" of the American revolution, presenting both the strengths and the weaknesses of the major figures.One case history that particularly impressed me was Semkiw's identification of Michael Jackson as the reincarnation of Eston Hemmings, a very talented musician who was the illegitimate son of Thomas Jefferson and his slave Sally Hemmings.Semkiw pointed out that Jefferson, along with many other founding fathers, did not truly believe that all men are created equal, but that "all white men are created equal."

Outstanding book!
Return of the Revolutionaries is an excellent read! It is full of truth and history and also has validation. I found myself going slowly at the end of the book just so I wouldn't finish it as fast! The case histories have been researched thoroughly by Dr. Semkiw and he also has Ahtun Re to validate accuracies. The stories ring true, in my heart, and it is not a surprise that these souls have returned to continue their helpfulness to mankind in their current incarnations. The people who give this book a low rated review, are just young souls that are ignorant and have not realized the truth of the world and the universal human. But it is exactly these type of people that need to read this type of book, and it is just icing on the cake for those of us that already know the truth. I would highly recommend this book to everyone!

Self-Aggrandizing Bull
I do believe in reincarnation, but am always skeptical of people claiming to be famous in past lives. The author's claim to be the reincarnation of John Adams immediately made me wary. There have been more slave collars than crowns to wear throughout human history. Why does no one claim to be a pig farmer? I know the author addressed this in his own 5-star review, but it still doesn't ring true. I wanted to like this book, but just couldn't swallow it. As an artist, I found many of the claims of facial architecture "similarities" to be bogus or wishful thinking or both. It should also be noted that the almost 7 billion of us here now are descended from about 2,000 individuals, as recently found through mDNA studies. We're all cousins, genetically. As to the author's claim that we tend to incarnate as the same sex most of the time, and that souls are "gendered"...well, he has a right to his opinion. Sounds like the author's bias/issues to me. The book is well-written and entertaining, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of the 1 star I was inclined to give, but failed in its objective of "proof". Read it as entertainment, but not "scientific proof"--which I doubt we will ever achieve, anymore than we will achieve "proof" of an afterlife, or God. It's a matter of belief. Basically the whole book was written to bolster the author's claim to a famous past life. If the soul who incarnated as John Adams were incarnate today, no doubt he or she would have better things to do than writing this book.

Fascinating food for thought and further exploration.

Reading this has made me smarter!
I became interested in the holographic paradigm as a result of doing some other wiki searches. I then stumbled upon Talbot's essay which led me to this book. I cannot say enough about the clarity of his writing style. He has taken an extremely abstract concept and a way of thinking that defies our "everyday" logic and written a book that is mind-blowing. Not only do I "get it" but I want to know more. The implications of this research are so broad I can see why mainstream bias sweeps it under the rug. Incredible read. Kept me up for hours.

Spectacular
A mind changing book. No person can remain the same after reading this. It portraits a whole new concept of how we perceive reality and the universe. Since I read it, I look at things and events through a new light.

The Science Behind the Psychic
For years I have watched shows like "Psychic Investigators" and "Psychic Kids", not to mention "Medium" and "The Ghost Whisperer". I was a total skeptic, but after seeing so many cops, who were also skeptics, and even some cops who were psychics, do the impossible, I had to acknowledge something unexplainable was happening. I needed a new set of scientific ideas. I felt like Pasteur discovering that yeast was a creature. I don't know if the holograph is the complete answer, but it's a start. If you have any interest in psychics at all, you must read this book. It brings together many psychic events with the best scientific evidence available to get your brain going. It's a sensible, well written book that presents what evidence there is (well annotated), in a readable, interesting easy to follow structure. It's a great jumping off point to try to figure out how people do things that they shouldn't be able to do. That used to keep me up at night scratching my head. And there is no hostility to religion here, either, which I really appreciated. I'm so tired of science and religion acting like they are mutually exclusive disciplines.

Better than Drunvalo!
I realize that Bob Frissell refers to all the information that Drunvalo Melchizedek teaches in his Flower of Life books, but Bob Frissell is the better writer. The information is easy to follow and doesn't jump around. My issue with Drunvalo's book is that he will mention something in a paragraph and then the very next line says he's not going to get into that topic right now but he will come back to it later. It just doesn't flow. I appreciate the work that both of these men do, but if you really want to understand the teachings I would recommend starting with the Frissell books.

The First Part is True...
...of the title I am talking about, nothing in this book is true, or, should I say, nothing in this book can be supported by evidence or reason, so it might be true, but there is no proof.

I really liked the part where he tried to describe life as existing on a certain "wavelength" and that other things in other dimensions may exist on the same wavelength, but it vibrates at a different "angle".This makes no sense at all.Waves exist and they exist the same at whatever angle they are (If you visualize them that way) and they are not changed.

Really, there are a few parts that have some stories that are interesting on a weird belief and weird theology level, but he totally takes himself seriously.It is funny.He talks about this billion year old person that took human form and is his teacher.How does this idiot tell the difference between a billion year old person and a raving tweaker that lives under a bridge?

Overall, it is kind of an interesting read, but it is sad that people just eat this up as gospel.It is sad that this guy cannot cite an actual shred or reality and in fact, there are points in his story of us being gods and Atlantians and all that bear a resemblance to the psycho ramblings of Scientologists.Watch out Xenu, the new-age, brainwashed freaks are coming for you!

We live in a fascinating time.

It's been a while since I read this book, but the general feeling of "wow" still lingers. New Age beliefs are discussed calmly, thoroughly, with a great deal of understanding. If you have a broad background in New Thought, UFO's, and all kinds of arcane wisdom, you will feel very much at home here. Yet there is more insight to be had from studying this book seriously, for it is a reliable guide to higher consciousness thinking. And there is much said within its pages about future events and how these will impact all of us. Like an umbrella, this text is a useful resource.

Honestly after reading many of the reviews placed on this book I would suggest you read it and make your own conclusions. I just finished it as of today and decided it was well worth the visit to write a review regarding this book of spiritual and esoteric thought. If you consider yourself an open minded individual who seeks perhaps the basic knowledge of Sacred Geometry or mysteries of initiation regarding the left eye of Horus, take a dive, It's well worth the adventurous journey. Like some reviewers posted, you have to take a lot with a grain of salt and many of his statements do come across as truth or half-truths.
