From the supplier: The Arizona Supreme Court has ruled out the latest school plan being endorsed by the Legislature seeking to reform school funding policy. The court has given the legislators 60 days to create another law in place of the failed measure called Students First which provided for a $372 million annual state-funded school system. The court's refusal to approve the law is based on the premise that it will cause disparities between public school districts.
